PISCATAWAY, NJ – Rutgers University student, Amoli Kulkarni, is partnering with Move For Hunger, a national non-profit organization based in Asbury Park, to host a food drive at a local Walmart store, according to a news announcement. Collection boxes will be set up at Walmart, located at Centennial Square in Piscataway, on April 1st and 2nd between 10 am – 4 pm. Suggested donations include: canned tuna, peanut butter, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, cereal, rice, and beans. Sign Up for E-News A Piscataway based moving company, All Jersey Moving and Storage, has volunteered to pick up the donations and deliver them to the M.C.F.O.O.D.S. - Middlesex County's Emergency Food Network, at the conclusion of the event. “Nearly 80,000 people, including 1 in 10 children, in Middlesex County face hunger each day,” states the release. “Amoli Kulkarni and All Jersey Moving and Storage recognized the urgency of this problem, and they are hoping to inspire their community to take action.”
