Referral Program

All Jersey Movers (the "Company") offers a client referral program (the "Program") whereby a referrer (the "Referrer") may earn a commission fee on the completion of a referred client's (the "Referral") move. The following conditions must be satisfied for the Referrer to be eligible for a commission fee:

1. Completion and Payment of Services: The Referral must complete their move and fully pay for the services rendered by the Company. No commission fee will be awarded if the Referral does not utilize the Company's services.
2. Submission Method: All referrals must be submitted through the Company’s designated referral program web form. Referrals made via email or verbal communication do not qualify for the commission fee.
3. Payment of Referral Fee: If eligible, the commission fee will be disbursed to the Referrer’s provided mailing address within 30 days from the completion date of the Referral’s move. Payment will be made strictly via bank check.
4. Commission Rate: The Company offers a 5% referral commission for moves completed within the tri-state area (the moves origin and destination must be within New Jersey, New York, and/or Pennsylvania), calculated on the paid invoice amount minus fuel and any applicable tolls, parking tickets, and additional coverage purchased on goods. The Company reserves the right to modify the commission rate or terminate the Program at any time.
5. Exclusions: The referred client does not earn any commission or discount through the Program. However, they may be eligible for discounts by quoting a coupon code during the booking process. The Referrer cannot apply the commission fee as credit or discount for future services.
6. Claims and Adjustments: If the Referral has an open or pending claim that may result in loss of revenue or damages, the Company reserves the right to withhold the commission fee. At its discretion, the Company may opt to pay a flat commission fee of $50 in such cases, regardless of the original commission rate.
7. Referral Timing: The Company will not honor any referral submissions for a commission fee if they are submitted after the Referral has received a quote for our services. All referrals must be made prior to this document being sent.
8. Storage Services: Referral commissions are only applicable to storage move-in services. No commissions will be paid for storage move-out services or monthly storage fees.
9. Repeat Customers: No referral commission will be awarded for referring a customer who has previously moved with our Company.
10. Prior Contacts: The Company does not pay referral fees for clients who have already been in contact with and received a quote from the Company but may have postponed their move.

By participating in the Program, the Referrer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as any amendments the Company may implement at its sole discretion.
